Residents choose a published language. Is their language missing? Then they can report this anonymously.
For municipalities and reception organisations
Manage all your reception locations from one Management Environment. Share general information once and add what is important there per location.
Record information that applies to all reception locations once. Think of municipal schemes, general procedures and contact information.
Add house rules, opening hours, contact routes, activities and announcements per location.
Only checked information reaches residents. Outdated, conflicting or expired information is flagged first.
The management environment shows which locations need attention, which information is expiring and where an available language is missing.
How it works
Add central information for all reception locations and local information where needed.
The QR code remains linked to the location. Residents do not need to install or create anything.
Mya searches only within the approved information and provides a clear answer in a chosen, available language.
Changes, announcements and activities are managed centrally and are available immediately after publication.
Safe and privacy-conscious
MyaGuide Reception is designed to give residents access to information, not to track residents.
No resident account. No personal profile. No stored conversation history. No tracking of residents between conversations.
Anonymous language requests show which languages residents are missing. This allows your organisation to add them in a targeted way.
Quick to deploy
Even for a new reception location, the information provision does not have to be rebuilt again from scratch.
Use existing organizational information, add the details of the new location, publish the Guide and place the QR code on site.
One municipality. Multiple locations. One way to inform residents well.

For example, where and when a consultation hour takes place, what the house rules are and which activities have been announced. Residents open the Guide via a link or QR code, without an app or resident account, and can ask Mya a question about published information.
Mya does not provide personal medical or legal advice. It can provide published practical information, such as times and locations of consultation hours. For personal help, it refers them to a staff member or the appropriate support service.
Residents choose from the languages that have been published for their location. Translated drafts are first checked and published by the organisation. A missing language can be requested; that does not mean it is immediately available.
